Woodstock, Ontario, hosted the National Specialty again in 2002. By then the show had become a fixture on the club calendar, and the entry reflected a breed that was slowly but steadily finding its feet in Canada.
Why this year matters
Looking back, 2002 sits in the middle of a quiet but important stretch for the Coton in Canada. Breeders were learning from each other, lines were being compared, and the club was growing. The Specialty was where a lot of that happened, in the ring and out of it.
Results
This page is a placeholder for the 2002 results. We would rather publish nothing than publish something wrong, so the winners will go up only once they have been checked against a catalogue or a member's records.
How you can help
If you have a catalogue, a ribbon, a photograph or even a memory from this show, it can help complete the archive. Please write to us, call us, or come and visit us at a club event. Every small piece counts.
In 2026 the club is still adding to the specialty archive year by year. If you would like to help with this year or any other, please get in touch.
