The 2001 National Specialty returned to Woodstock, Ontario, picking up where the club had left off the year before. For breeders and owners, it was a chance to see how the lines were developing and to catch up with friends from across the country.
Results
The club is piecing together the 2001 results from catalogues, photographs and members' notes. Best in Specialty Show and Best Puppy in Specialty Show will be listed here once the details are confirmed. If you were at the show and have records to share, please write to us, call us, or come and visit us at a club event.
About the National Specialty
The National Specialty is the club's main show of the year. It brings together Cotons from across Canada and gives breeders and owners a chance to see the breed at its best. Results from each year are kept here so the history of the breed in Canada stays in one place.
As of 2026, the club is working through the older show records to make sure every year is listed. Some years are complete, some are still being filled in. Thank you for your patience while the archive is rebuilt.
