A white Coton de Tulear sitting in the snowSometimes a breeder has an adult Coton who needs a new home. These dogs are usually retired from a breeding programme, or they come back to the breeder for one reason or another. They are already house trained, used to people, and often a calm and easy companion.

An adult Coton can be a lovely choice if you would rather skip the puppy stage. You get a dog with a settled character, and you still get many good years together.

Payzac Cotons has two retired females looking for a new family.

Both females have been spayed, have had their teeth cleaned, are up to date on their shots, and have health clearances. They can go together or separately. A home with another dog would suit them well, ideally a well socialised, neutered male. They are used to running around in a fenced yard and enjoy plenty of outdoor time.
